Ingredients
½ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup mint leaves
2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz sparkling water
date paste ((optional) or maple syrup, to taste)
2 lime wedges (for garnish)

Directions
1 Muddle the blackberries and divide them between the two 12-ounce glasses.
2 Finely chop the mint and divide it between the two glasses.
3 Divide the sparkling water between the two glasses.
4 Squeeze in the lime juice and stir.
5 Taste and add optional sweetener of choice.
6 Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves before serving.
